Intermountain Health Care, Inc., 740 P.2d 262, 263 (Utah App. 1987). "Any doubts or uncertainties concerning issues of fact must be construed in favor of the party opposing summary judgment." Robinson, 740 P.2d at 263 (citations omitted).
